About Jordan
Jordan was born in France and at the age of 16 decided to make Aliyah (immigrate to Israel) by himself with "Na'aleh" program and was educated in the Ben Shemen Youth Village. After graduating from high school, he chose to postpone military service a year and join the first group of the pre-military preparatory program "one of us".
Jordan enlisted as a lone soldier in August 2012 to the Egoz unit after the exhausting training course he was sent to a squad commanders course and at the end of it was chosen to stay and lead the course. Upon completion of his duties he asked to return to serve in his original team.
Jordan fell on July 20, 2014, in an encounter with terrorists in Operation Tzuk Eitan.

Commemoration
In 2015, a pre-military program was established in the name of Jordan, in which youths underwent a year of preparation for their military service, based on the values that led Jordan in his life - determination, friendship and patriotism.
The navigation run (orienteering) in Jordan's memory takes place for the 5th year, this time in Ben-Shemen Youth Village (Jordan's high-school), in cooperation with the village and Egoz unit, in order to commemorate him in the spring when he was born.
